The newest casinos we could date and verify in October 2026 are Quickz (Malta licence issued 29 January 2026), Taste Vegas (23 July 2025) and Slot Pony (18 December 2024). All three are licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and name eCOGRA for disputes, which matters more with a young brand than any welcome offer. Slot Pony scores highest of the three at 4.3 out of 5.

The new-casino ledger
We list a casino here only when a regulator’s record or the operator’s own terms give a date we can check. The table puts that date next to the rules that decide whether a new brand is worth the risk. Scores come from our rating method, not from how new a brand is.
| Casino | Score | Licence (register) | Licence issued | Playthrough | Withdrawal cap | Who cannot join |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slot Pony | 4.3 | Elmst Limited, MGA number MGA/B2C/1055/2024 (MGA register) | 18 Dec 2024 | 35x deposit+bonus on stage 1, 30x later | EUR 20,000 a month | US and about 30 other excluded territories; no UK licence; offer closed to Finland |
| Quickz | 4.2 | Ludaro Limited, MGA number MGA/B2C/1118/2025 (MGA register) | 29 Jan 2026 | 40x deposit+bonus on match stages | EUR 5,000 per rolling day; EUR 20,000 per rolling 30 days | US, Israel, Pakistan, Ghana, Panama and others; no UK licence; offer closed to Finland |
| Taste Vegas | 4.0 | Elvel Limited, MGA number MGA/B2C/1072/2024 (MGA register) | 23 Jul 2025 | 45x on stage 1, 35x on stages 3 and 5 | EUR 5,000 per rolling day; EUR 20,000 per rolling 30 days | US, Israel, Pakistan, Panama and about 30 more; no UK licence; offer closed to Finland |
None of the three is for readers in the UK or the US. Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany license online casinos locally, so we do not recommend these brands to players there either.
How do we decide that a casino is new?
We use three pieces of evidence and trust none of them alone: the licence issue date, the first archived copy of the website, and the regulator’s register entry. A casino’s own “launched in 2026” banner is marketing, not evidence. When the three sources disagree, we print the earliest date that a regulator or the operator’s legal terms stand behind and explain the gap.
- Licence issue date. Maltese licensees print it in the footer and the terms. Quickz’s footer, for example, gives MGA/B2C/1118/2025 as issued on 29 January 2026.
- First archive capture. The Internet Archive’s index shows when a domain first appeared online. It can mislead: quickz.com has captures from October 2000, a quarter of a century before the casino existed, because the address had earlier owners.
- Register entry. The MGA register page for Ludaro Limited lists the domains covered by the licence. A brand that appears there is authorised; one that does not is not, however new it claims to be.
A licence number is not a date. Taste Vegas’s number ends in 2024, yet its footer says the licence was issued on 23 July 2025. The year inside a licence number does not tell you when the licence was granted; only the stated issue date does.
What does “new” mean for each of the three?
Each brand is new in a different way, and none started from nothing. All three are run by Maltese companies on a shared casino platform, with sister sites on the same licences. The brand name is recent; the cashier, terms template and support model are not. That is reassuring on mechanics and says nothing about how a particular brand handles a disputed win.
Quickz: a 2026 licence and a 2026 brand
Ludaro Limited (Malta, C112810) received its licence on 29 January 2026, covering casino games and betting. Its terms are at version 1.1, dated 4 September 2026. We found no official launch announcement; search interest in the brand name started around May 2026. Quickz is the only one of the three with a sportsbook, and its first-deposit match activates itself at sign-up, so decline it before paying in if 40x does not suit you.
Taste Vegas: a 2025 licence shared with six sister sites
The licence behind Taste Vegas belongs to Elvel Limited (Malta, C109723) and dates from 23 July 2025. On the MGA register, tastevegas.com sits in one domain list with six sister sites, Rabbit Reel, Slot Heart, Slamz, Slotzy, Spinju and Spinara. The brand is about fifteen months into its licence, so it is new to most players but not brand new in regulatory terms.
Slot Pony: the oldest licence here, from December 2024
Elmst Limited (Malta, C98783) has held MGA/B2C/1055/2024 since 18 December 2024, and nine other Elmst domains share it, among them Sugarino, Nitro Win and Reblz. Under two years old, Slot Pony is “new” only in the broad sense used by most comparison pages. We include it because its licence date is clear and recent, not because of a launch campaign.
What are the real risks of a new casino?
The main risk is missing evidence. An older brand has years of complaint records, payout reports and terms revisions you can study; a new one has a few months. A Malta licence reduces that risk, because the MGA requires licensees to keep player funds protected and to offer an independent dispute route, but it cannot show how the brand behaves under pressure.
- No track record. Few public complaints either way is normal for a brand under a year old and proves nothing.
- Terms that move. Young casinos revise terms often; Quickz and Slot Pony both published new versions on 4 September 2026. Save the version you accept.
- Big headline offers. Large packages attract sign-ups, and the cost sits in the playthrough. At 45x deposit plus bonus, a first-stage Taste Vegas match is one of the costliest we have read.
- Sister sites and self-exclusion. All three apply self-exclusion to the one website only, so closing one account does not close a sister account.
- Copycats. Popular new names attract lookalike domains. Reach the casino by typing its address and match the domain to the register list.
- Unlicensed “new casino” lists. Many lists online mix in brands with no stated licence. We exclude every casino that does not name a licence.
Is a new casino a better deal than an established one?
Sometimes on bonuses, rarely on anything else. New brands compete for first deposits with large packages, but the value depends on playthrough, not on headline size. Compare a first deposit of EUR 65 at each of the three, matched 100%:
| Brand | Playthrough on stage 1 | Bets needed | Expected cost on a 96% slot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slot Pony | 35x (EUR 130) | EUR 4,550 | EUR 182 |
| Quickz | 40x (EUR 130) | EUR 5,200 | EUR 208 |
| Taste Vegas | 45x (EUR 130) | EUR 5,850 | EUR 234 |
Each one also gives only 48 hours to clear a stage and caps bets at EUR 5. In all three cases, the expected cost of clearing the EUR 65 bonus is more than the bonus itself, which is why the wager-free spin stages are the better part of these packages. The arithmetic behind the table is set out in our bonus maths guide.
A checklist before your first deposit at a new casino
- Find the operator company and licence number in the footer, then open the regulator’s register and confirm the exact domain is listed. Our licence-check guide shows how.
- Check the excluded territories list for the country you live in and the one you will play from.
- Read the withdrawal caps, the processing time and any fee clause before you look at the bonus.
- Decide whether you want the bonus. At Quickz the first match switches on automatically; turn it off first if you do not want it.
- Note the deposit cooling-off rule. Quickz and Taste Vegas let you withdraw an unplayed deposit in full within 24 hours, without playthrough or charges.
- Set a deposit limit and a session reminder in the account settings before playing.
- Upload identity documents early, so a first winning withdrawal is not held up by checks.
- Save a copy of the terms version and the offer page you accepted.
- Make a small first withdrawal to test the payout route before you deposit more.
When a new casino goes wrong
Write to the casino’s support first, ask for a ticket number, and give it a fair chance to answer. If the reply does not settle it, all three name eCOGRA as their alternative dispute resolution body. Malta’s regulator stopped deciding individual player complaints on 1 April 2019, so the dispute body, not the MGA, takes your case. Escalation steps and what evidence to send are on our complaint routes page. Brands that later shut down are recorded on our closed casinos page, which is also where you can check whether a “new” name is really an old one relaunched.
Why are there only three casinos on this page?
Because we list only brands we have reviewed and could date. Many “new casino” pages run to dozens of names, yet most give no licence date and some no licence at all. As we review more recently licensed brands, they will be added with the same evidence. Until then, the rest of our scored casinos, new and old, are on the casino reviews hub. If a new site’s offers tempt you to play more than planned, our responsible gambling page lists free help and blocking tools.
Reading a register entry, line by line
A register entry is the closest thing to a birth certificate a casino has. On the Malta Gaming Authority’s verification page, each licensee shows a handful of fields, and each one answers a different question about a young brand.
| Field | What it tells you | What to compare it with |
|---|---|---|
| Company name and number | Who you contract with | The name in the site footer and in section 1 or 2 of the terms |
| Licence number | Which authorisation covers the site | The number printed in the footer |
| Status | Whether the licence is active today | Anything other than licensed means stop |
| Licence type | Casino games (Type 1), betting (Type 2) or both | Whether the site offers sport |
| Domain list | Exactly which websites the licence covers | The address in your browser bar |
For a brand launched in the last year or two, the domain list is the most useful line. If a site claims a licence but its address is missing from the list, treat it as unlicensed, however professional it looks.
Questions readers send us about new casinos
Which is the newest casino you review?
Quickz. The site’s footer and terms both say its operator, Ludaro Limited, was granted its Malta Gaming Authority licence on 29 January 2026; the number is MGA/B2C/1118/2025.
Is a recently licensed casino safe to use?
A new brand is as safe as its licence and terms allow. The three we list hold Malta licences and name eCOGRA for disputes, but none has a long payout record yet, so start with small deposits and an early test withdrawal.
How can I tell when a casino really launched?
Check the licence issue date in the footer or terms, the regulator’s register entry and the first web-archive capture of the domain. Treat archive dates with care: a domain can be decades older than the casino using it.
Do new casinos give bigger bonuses?
Often, but bigger is not better. Taste Vegas asks 45x deposit plus bonus on its first match, against 35x at Slot Pony, so the same EUR 65 deposit needs EUR 1,300 more in bets at Taste Vegas.
Can I play at these new casinos from the UK?
No. None of the three holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, so they are not for players in Britain. The US is on all three excluded lists.
