Tenobet Review: Big Packages, Tight Cash-Out Caps and a Softon Ltd Licence

Tenobet checked in October 2026: Softon's Anjouan licence, the 400% package, a EUR 1,000 daily cash-out cap, mirror domains, the Swedish ban and a 3.1 score.

Tenobet is open to adults outside a long restricted list in section 3.1 of its terms: the USA, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Sweden, the Comoros and the Dutch Caribbean islands, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned states. It is run by Softon Ltd (Nicosia, Cyprus, HE 463977) under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409012-FI1, which the register shows as valid from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027. Tenobet combines a large lobby and a sportsbook with strict withdrawal limits and incomplete bonus terms, so our score is 3.1 out of 5: a casino for small-stakes play, not for chasing big wins.

Can you trust the licence?

The licence is real and can be matched, with some care. On the Anjouan licence register, search for Softon Ltd or ALSI-202409012-FI1 and check three things: status valid, type B2C, and expiry 6 September 2027. Then read the domain list. In October 2026 it covered ten Softon sites: tenobet.io, betzter.com, madcasino.io, kingdomcasino.io, aphrodite.casino, wino.casino, dracula.casino, tucancasino.com, gambiva.com and smash.casino.

The weak point is mirrors. Tenobet has moved visitors to numbered addresses such as tenobet15.io, and those addresses are not on the register. Lookalike sites also borrow the name. Our advice: reach the casino only through tenobet.io or a link you already trust, then check that the footer seal opens a validation page for the same licence. Typing a bare domain into an Anjouan validator often returns “invalid” even for licensed sites, so rely on the seal. More on this method is in our licence-check guide.

Why Sweden banned the operator

On 9 July 2026 Sweden’s regulator, Spelinspektionen, banned Softon Ltd with immediate effect from offering gambling in Sweden without a Swedish licence (decision 26Si1361). The decision names TenoBet with nine other Softon brands and states that switching to mirror domains does not change the assessment. Tenobet’s own terms already listed Sweden as restricted, yet sign-ups from Swedish connections were still possible when the brand was checked on 6 October 2026. For readers elsewhere the ban has no direct legal effect, but it is relevant evidence of how the operator handles markets it is not licensed for. Tenobet is not for Swedish players.

The welcome packages, and the terms you cannot yet see

New players choose one of two packages at sign-up.

Package First deposit Second deposit Third deposit Total ceiling
Slots 200% up to EUR 500 100% up to EUR 1,500 100% up to EUR 3,000 EUR 5,000 (400%)
Sports 100% up to EUR 500 100% up to EUR 1,000 100% up to EUR 1,500 EUR 3,000 (300%)

The general terms send you to each offer’s own rules for playthrough, expiry and bet limits but do not print them, and we could not read those per-offer pages on our last visit. That is why the bonus criterion sits at 3.0, the score our method gives when playthrough is not published. Before you accept, open the offer page and note three things: the multiplier, what it multiplies (the bonus alone, or your deposit as well), and how many days you get.

Then do the sum. Suppose you deposit EUR 180 for the first slots stage: 200% gives EUR 360 of bonus. At an assumed 40x on bonus only, the target would be EUR 14,400 in eligible bets; at 40x on deposit plus bonus it would be EUR 21,600. With a 96% slot return the expected cost of those volumes would be about EUR 576 and EUR 864. These figures are illustrations, not Tenobet’s terms. Our bonus maths guide explains why the multiplier matters more than the percentage.

Three general rules apply to every bonus, according to the terms: you may have to wager part of your own deposit before bonus money becomes usable (7.4); asking for a withdrawal before finishing the playthrough lets Tenobet remove the bonus and what it won (7.5); and a long list of popular slots cannot be played while a bonus is active (7.6), including Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza, The Dog House and Money Train 2.

Cash-out caps: the number that matters most

Section 6.13 caps withdrawals at EUR 1,000 per day and EUR 10,000 per month, and the minimum withdrawal is EUR 100, by bank, wallet or crypto. Those limits apply whatever you win. A EUR 25,000 win, for example, would take at least three months to collect at EUR 10,000 a month, assuming no further play. Small-balance players face the opposite problem: a EUR 80 balance cannot be withdrawn at all until it reaches EUR 100.

Rule Tenobet terms Typical Malta-licensed casino we review
Minimum withdrawal EUR 100 EUR 20
Daily cap EUR 1,000 EUR 5,000
Monthly cap EUR 10,000 EUR 20,000
Processing target Usually within 3 banking days (6.6) Up to 72 hours, same day for bank transfers
Identity checks On the first withdrawal (6.1) By EUR 2,000 in deposits at the latest

Section 6.5 adds that a withdrawal can be refused if the deposit was not wagered at least once. Plan your play so a cash-out never depends on an unwagered deposit.

If you do land a large win, ask support in writing to confirm the payout schedule before you request the first instalment, and keep each confirmation. Spreading a balance across many small withdrawals also spreads the identity and payment checks, so expect each instalment to take the usual processing time. Leaving a large balance in the account while it is paid out bit by bit carries its own risk, because the money remains exposed to the operator’s solvency and to your own temptation to keep playing it.

Paying in: cards, wallets and crypto

Which logos you see depends on where you connect from; across our checks they included Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Revolut, Giropay, Sofort and crypto. The coin list and network labels appear only inside the cashier after you log in, so we cannot confirm which coins are supported today. If you deposit crypto, read the network shown next to the address, send a small test amount first, and remember the balance is held in your account currency (EUR, AUD, CAD or PLN), so coin price moves after the deposit do not change it. Our crypto casinos guide covers networks and fees, and the payment methods guide covers cards and wallets.

What you can play and bet on

Tenobet’s lobby lists 22 studios, among them Play’n GO, Playtech, Microgaming, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, ELK, Hacksaw, Habanero, Novomatic, EGT, Amusnet, Wazdan, Spribe, BGaming, Evoplay and Playson, plus a live casino. The sportsbook shares the same balance. Because so many headline slots are blocked during bonus play, check the eligible list before you claim a package.

How Tenobet compares with its Softon sisters

Softon’s ten brands share one licence, one set of terms and the same cash-out rules, so choosing between them is mostly a matter of the welcome offer and the look of the site. Kingdom Casino advertises a slots package of 600% up to EUR 9,500 over four deposits, and Dracula Casino one of 777% up to EUR 7,777 over five; Tenobet’s 400% up to EUR 5,000 over three is the smallest of the three headlines. Every one of them keeps the EUR 100 minimum withdrawal and the EUR 1,000 daily and EUR 10,000 monthly caps from section 6.13, which means a larger package does not get your winnings out any faster. Swapping brands to chase a fresh welcome offer is also risky: the terms allow only one account per person, and the operator can link accounts across its sites when checking for abuse.

Staying on the genuine site: a short checklist

Mirror domains and copycats are the most practical risk with this brand. Before your first deposit, run through these checks.

  • Type tenobet.io yourself, or use a bookmark, rather than following a link in an email or a social post.
  • If you land on a numbered address, open the footer seal and confirm it shows licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 for Softon Ltd.
  • Compare the support addresses with the ones in the terms, which use the tenobet.io domain.
  • Be wary of any “Tenobet” site that asks you to pay by bank transfer to a personal account, which no licensed casino does.
  • Keep a screenshot of the licence seal page with the date, in case you ever need to complain.

Who Tenobet suits, and who should skip it

Tenobet makes most sense for casual players who deposit small amounts, enjoy switching between slots, live tables and sports in one wallet, and are unlikely to need more than EUR 1,000 out in a day. It suits high-stakes players poorly: the monthly cap stretches a large win over months, and the bonus terms leave key numbers off the main terms page. Players who want a strong regulator should look at the Malta and Estonia casinos on our shortlist, where withdrawal minimums start at EUR 20 and an independent dispute route is named in the terms.

Support and complaints

Support runs by live chat and email, with a separate complaints address ([email protected]). Write to it first and keep copies of everything. Anjouan’s regulator will not rule on your case itself; its process runs through the seal in the casino footer, with fixed answer windows for the operator and an independent dispute service, funded by the operator, at the end. The exact deadlines and the evidence to gather are set out on our complaint routes page, which also has a template letter.

Verdict

Tenobet’s lobby and sportsbook are broad, and the registered licence can be checked. Everything else pulls the score down: withdrawal caps of EUR 1,000 a day and EUR 10,000 a month, a EUR 100 minimum, bonus terms you must hunt for, mirror domains and a regulator ban in Sweden. Its 3.1 is the lowest on our site. If you play, keep deposits small, reach the site through tenobet.io, and compare it with the higher-scoring casinos in our reviews.
